Daily Schedule Privacy Policy

What the app does

Daily Schedule helps you record goals, progress and notes. You can use personal goals without creating an account. Signing in enables Firebase account services and backup. Joining a teacher room and sending progress are optional.

Information stored and transmitted

The app stores goals, dates, amounts, notes, history, language and profile settings on your device. If you create or use an account, Firebase Authentication processes your email address, account ID, sign-in credentials and, when supplied, display name or Google profile information. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; never send them to our support address.

Signed-in backup can send your profile, goals, progress, notes and related record identifiers to Google Cloud Firestore. Teacher rooms store room names, descriptions, membership and assignments. Sending a room day uploads the selected progress and notes so the room's teacher can review them. Other room members do not receive your private personal goals through the app. Account profile names can be retrieved by authenticated users through the current backend, so use a display name you are comfortable sharing. Goal titles and notes may reveal sensitive interests or routines depending on what you enter. Do not include passwords or information you do not want backed up or shared with your teacher.

Purpose and service providers

These data support account access, cloud backup, synchronization, teacher-room participation and the reports you request. Google/Firebase processes data as a service provider and may process technical connection, device, app and security information to operate and protect its services. There is no advertising SDK, analytics SDK or crash-reporting SDK deliberately integrated in this app. We do not sell your personal data.

Permissions and exports

The Android app uses Internet and network-state access for online features. Its Google account/authentication dependencies also declare biometric, fingerprint and Google-services permissions; the app itself does not collect or store fingerprints and does not ask you for biometric enrollment. It does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS or broad photo/storage access. File import/export uses the system file picker. Exported PDF, CSV and JSON files contain the data you selected and are not encrypted by this app. You control where these files are saved or shared.

Security and retention

Online connections use the providers' encrypted transports. Firebase authentication and database rules restrict access, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Local records remain until cleared from the app's Android storage or the app is uninstalled. Cloud account data remains until it is deleted following your request; uninstalling alone does not delete it. Android/account-controlled backups and device transfers may retain copies according to your system settings. Exported copies, including copies already saved by a teacher or another recipient, are outside the app's direct control.

Account and data deletion

In Settings, choose Request account deletion, or email yawbit7@gmail.com with the subject "Daily Schedule account deletion". You can also use the public deletion page linked from the Play listing without installing the app. Send the request from your registered email when possible and identify the account email; do not send your password. We verify ownership before deleting the Firebase Authentication account and associated cloud profile, personal backups, room membership and submissions. If you own a teacher room, its cloud room, assignments and linked submissions must also be removed or handled with affected users before deletion is completed. We confirm completion by email. The request does not delete data immediately. Clear the app's local storage after completion to remove cached or offline copies. We do not intentionally retain account data after completed deletion, except when a specific legal or security obligation requires retention; any such exception will be explained to the requester.

Children and sensitive information

Daily Schedule is intended for teenagers aged 13 and older and adults; it is not directed to children under 13. Teachers and parents should help teenage learners avoid entering unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information or you have a privacy concern.

Changes and contact
